Shipping Policy

Splashwear Aquatics is happy to offer Free Shipping on most orders over $75.00. The Free shipping items will be sent ground. We also offer Free Shipping on some of our smaller items. Check the item for the Free Shipping icon. We cannot guarantee free shipping on custom items or team specific items. Some teams choose to not charge individual shipping to their team members, so we take the shipping charge off that item, but that does not mean your item will definitely ship to you...some teams want the team items shipped to the team apparel coordinator or coach and they will hand them out.

For orders under $75.00, choose as many items as you want. The best way shipping is $8.50 per order, regardless of the size of your order. Purchase as much as you want. The Best Way shipping will only be $8.50!! You can of course upgrade your shipping if you need your items sooner. For UPS/FedEx Ground the shipping cost is $11.00. For UPS/FedEx 2nd day air, overnight delivery, we will calculate your shipping cost and let you know before your credit card is charged. Just leave a note in the memo box or call us at the store and we will calculate your shipping for you.

For heavier items such as pool equipment, freight charges are calculated by weight. Contact Jeannie at Splashwear for a discounted shipping quote.

International shipping is available, but not guaranteed. Some items cannot be shipped outside the US. I will do my best to accomodate international orders, but we are not allowed to ship all items internationally. If you have an address in the US, that would be best. Email us for a shipping quote. Buyer is responsible for all customs charges, taxes, and shipping fees. Splashwear Aquatics cannot guarantee delivery date for international orders.

We will ship your order out as soon as possible!!! YOU are our # 1 priority and we want you to receive your item quickly!!

Returns and Exchanges

We do our best to make you happy!! If you don’t like your item, or it does not fit, we are happy to accept returns on items in perfect, sellable condition, with all tags still attached, for 30 days from the invoice date. We will issue a store credit or credit your charge card after the item is received and inspected. If at that time, we find the item to be in perfect, sellable condition, with all tags attached, we will gladly credit your account minus a 15% restocking fee. After 30 days, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

Defective merchandise will be replaced at no additional charge for 30 days from the invoice date.

We cannot take back any item that has been customized unless there is a manufacturer's defect.

To return an item, simply mail to: Splashwear Aquatics, Inc., 9855 Maumelle Blvd., North Little Rock, AR 72113. Be sure to keep your tracking information to have a record of your return. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, email address and order number as well as an explanation of why you are returning the product, inside the package. Without all of this information, we cannot guarantee a credit to your account. It always best to use a method that will track your package. We highly recommend that you insure your returns.

At this time, we cannot accept returns on any technical racing suits, including but not limited to: Speedo LZR, Speedo FS II, Speedo FSPro, any Tyr Technical, any Nike Technical, any BlueSeventy technical or any Arena technical. All sales on technical suits are final. No exceptions.

Please note: Some items may be shipped to you from the manufacturer. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM TO THE MANUFACTURER. ALL RETURNS ARE TO BE SENT TO THE STORE ADDRESS!

When exchanging items the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a manufacturer's defect. The standard return shipping is Best Way.

All sales are final on all clearance merchandise. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on clearance merchandise for any reason!

Payment Terms

Individuals – All orders must be prepaid with check, money order or credit card. If you pay with a check, your item will not be shipped until your check clears.

Clubs/Teams – Splashwear Aquatics is happy to give terms to clubs and teams. We require credit information and a valid credit card to guarantee your bill. All bills must be paid within 30 days of delivery. A late fee of 1.5% per month will be charged to any past due accounts.

Schools/Institutions – If your school or institution requires a purchase order, the purchase order number must be provided at the time the order is placed. Please fax the actual purchase order to 501-753-4998. All orders must be paid 30 days from delivery. A late fee of 1.5% per month will be charged to any past due accounts.

Prices and Availability

This online catalog represents items currently offered. Not all merchandise may be currently available. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. If we are out of stock, you will be contacted immediately and updated on the status of your order.

All prices are subject to change without notice, but we will definitely honor prices, based on the day you purchased the item, even if the price changes while waiting for your item to be delivered.
